About the Trail:

Ascent via Table Mountain > Proceed to Rhino Hill > To Seven Ponds > then descend via Seven Ponds.

Difficulty Level : Challenging (perfect for high altitude training)
Trail Distance: 20 kms.
Duration of Hike: 8-9 hours

How to dress for this hike:
– Beanie/Warm Headgear,Thermal top, Warm Jacket, Hiking Pants, Hiking Bag.
– Comfortable waterproof hiking shoes with a good grip. (Tip: always wear a size bigger or half bigger than your normal shoe size)
-Hat/cap/ sunglasses for sun protection (optional)
-Essential Extras: Gaiters, Trekking Pole, Light Gloves, Head torch.

What to carry:
– Water (2 or 3 liters)
– Snacks/energy bars/your preferred trail food.
– Rain gear/Poncho/Rain Jacket (must-have)
– Small hiking bag to carry luggage (30L recommended)
– Sunscreen (optional)
– Face mask.
– Camera (optional)

Take note of the following key times:
Meeting Time at International House: 3.50am bus leaves at exactly 4:00am. (We are very strict on time) (T&C apply)

Estimated Finish Time: 5.30pm and back in Nairobi by 8.30pm

Cancellation Policy:

– Cancellations made more than two (2) days prior to the trip are eligible for a refund minus the booking fee.

– Cancellations made within two (2) days of the trip will incur a 70% charge of the total amount payable.

– Cancellations made one (1) day prior, on the trip date, or failure to attend will result in no refund.

*Notification of cancellation will be effective on the date received.
