The effective date of cancellation shall be the date the written notice is received.\nCancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled departure date: The client shall receive a refund of amounts paid less the non-refundable reservation deposit.\nCancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled departure date: The client shall forfeit seventy percent (70%) of the total trip cost. Any remaining balance paid\, if applicable\, shall be refunded.\nCancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled departure date: The client shall forfeit one hundred percent (100%) of all payments made.
