This unique trail\, directly across from Sleeping Warrior and Ugali Hills\, offers sweeping\, panoramic views of the stunning Rift Valley escarpment. Named for its distinctive flat shape\, this mountain truly resembles a table\, and the resemblance is hard to miss! \nThe trail provides hikers with a variety of experiences\, from scenic overlooks to rock climbing challenges\, giving it a different mountain vibe. After the hike\, we’ll end at the local hot springs\, where you can relax and soak your feet or take a dip to unwind under the sun. \nDifficulty Level: Moderate\nHike Duration: 6-7 hours\nDistance: 15 km \nWhat to wear:\n– Tights/cargo pants or comfortable and fast dry hiking clothes\n– Warm jacket.\n– Comfortable hiking shoes\, preferably hiking boots or gym/sports shoes with good sole grip.\n– Hat/cap for sun protection \nWhat to carry:\n– Water (3 liters)\n– Snacks/energy bars/your preferred trail food.\n– Rain gear/Poncho\n– Small hiking bag to carry luggage (25L-30L recommended)\n– Sunscreen (optional)\n– Face mask. \nTake note of the following key times:\nMeeting Time at International House: 4.50am bus leaves at exactly 5.00am.
