Difficulty: Beginner Friendly.

What to wear:
– Tights/cargo pants or comfortable and fast dry hiking clothes
– Warm jacket.
– Comfortable hiking shoes, preferably hiking boots or gym/sports shoes with good sole grip.
– Hat/cap for sun protection

What to carry:
– Water (3 liters)
– Snacks/energy bars/your preferred trail food.
– Rain gear/Poncho
– Small hiking bag to carry luggage (25L-30L recommended)
– Sunscreen (optional)
– Face mask.

Meeting Time at International House: 5.40am bus leaves at exactly 5.50am. We are very strict on time. (T&C apply)
Estimated Finish Time: 3.30pm and back in Nairobi by 6:00pm
